Escape Game Blaye aims to organize and market real life escape games in groups of 3 to 8 people, organized in its establishment located at 15 route de Compostelle, 33390 Plassac.
ARTICLE 3: ORDERS - BOOKING
Access to the facilities and services of Escape Game Blaye is made exclusively after reservation and payment completed on the website www.escapegameblaye.com.
The reservation is made for a specific day and time, and is only valid for this time slot.
The reservation is made within the limits of available places, which are updated in real time on the website.
The booking will be firm and final only after receipt by the customer of a confirmation e-mail of Escape Game Blaye.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE - PAYMENT
4.1 - ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The VAT rate applied is as a percentage of the value of services sold by 20% in Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco.

4.3 - PAYMENT

ARTICLE 5: CANCELLATION
No refund will be made in case of cancellation by the customer less than 48 hours before the service.

ARTICLE 6: ACCESS TO FACILITIES AND INTERNAL RULES
Each service is organized for groups of 3 to 8 people, for a duration of 60 minutes and 30 minutes of reception and debriefing.
Groups must be in full, no later than 10 minutes before the start time of the service.
The service is offered in French or in English.
Access to the facilities is reserved for persons aged 18 or over unaccompanied, the minimum age is 12 years old for persons accompanied by at least one adult.
Escape Game Blaye reserves the right to request a piece of identification to check the age of the players.
In order to be able to fully benefit from their experience, people with a visual or auditory impairment and whose disability remains light can access the facilities if they are part of a group of people without disabilities. The nature of the game is unfortunately not suitable for people with blindness.
It is strictly forbidden to enter the room where the game takes place with food or drinks.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke.
Access to the facilities is strictly forbidden to animals.
People under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied entry fees and their game declared forfeited. Likewise, Escape Game Blaye reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone whose behavior is considered inappropriate by Escape Game Blaye's staff.
Players will also have to deposit their bulky bags and personal items in a deposit box provided for this purpose.
In order to maintain the interest and confidentiality of the game, any sound or video recording and any photo are strictly prohibited. It is forbidden to reveal the details of the game directly or indirectly to the public.
ARTICLE 7: PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
By booking through the Escape Game Blaye website, the customer consents to the collection of personal data necessary to ensure the proper processing of orders.
Escape Game Blaye undertakes never to disclose this information to third parties except as provided by law.
In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978 relating to data, files and freedoms and Article 43 of the law of 30 September 1986 as amended, this website has been the subject of a declaration to the Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL), which issued a receipt under the number being obtained.
