How can we reserve a game?
All reservations are made by phone, email or on our online reservation platform, via our secure payment system (available soon...).
What types of payment are accepted?
We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard) or bank transfer.
What is the minimum age to participate?
Our game The Treasure of Charlemagne is accessible from 12 years old. However, players under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult.
We recommend that children under 16 do not represent the majority of the team, the riddles are complicated and the game is designed for adults. However children can participate and will bring a lot of fun in the search for clues, but bear in mind that some riddles might be too complicated for them.
How big are the teams?
The Treasure of Charlemagne game is designed for teams of 4 to 8 players.
So, isn’t it too easy for 8 players?
At 8 players, your first enemy will be team cohesion, you will have to channel yourself to choose the best solution from the constant influx of ideas from 8 sizzling brains! In short, at 8 players, the difficulty will be different but it will be there all the same.
Are there any physical challenges during play?
No, there are no physical exercises during the game, nor any situation where you will have to use physical force.
Is there a need for specific wine knowledge during the game?
No specific oenological knowledge is necessary, other than logical understanding, creativity and above all, good team spirit.
Are there any scary moments during the game?
No, the concept is not intended to scare you but the atmosphere can be deliciously scary!
How much time should we allow?
Each game lasts approximately 90 minutes including the briefing, the game and the debriefing.
How to get to the Escape Game Le Trésor de Charlemagne?
Our Escape Game is located at Château Monconseil-Gazin at 15 route de Compostelle, 33390 Plassac, 10 minutes from Blaye and its citadel listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
When should we arrive?
All team members are asked to arrive at the reserved time. The playing time is 60 minutes but we give you a briefing of 10-15 minutes before and 10-15 minutes after.
What happens if we are late?
The game takes 60 minutes and the next team starts right after you. If you arrive late, you will have less than 60 minutes to solve the puzzles and it will be much less easy! We ask that you arrive at the time indicated when booking.
Will we really be locked in the room?
Yes, however an emergency key located next to the door allows you to leave the room at any time in the event of an emergency. In addition, a game master follows you in real time via video throughout the duration of the game and can intervene if necessary.
Are we being filmed?
The room is equipped with cameras to facilitate the game and allow the game master to follow you. However, no video or audio recording takes place.
What language can we play in?
Our Escape Game is available in French and English.
Can we change or cancel our reservation?
Please contact us by email or telephone at least 48 hours in advance for any changes to your reservation. We will try to find the most suitable solution!
